Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to your account settings where you'll find a 'Manage Subscription' option.
For monthly subscriptions, credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. With yearly subscriptions, you receive the full annual credit allocation upfront, valid for the entire year.
You can see your current credits and subscription status in your account dashboard.
Generally, purchased credits are non-refundable. For exceptional cases, please contact our support team.
We currently don't support direct plan changes. To switch plans, cancel your current subscription and resubscribe to the desired plan after the current one expires.
